In 1998, due to the increasing need of exploration and drilling in mining field, this company ‘s staff started cooperating with another drilling company, by providing 2 drilling rigs and participating in the directors board; and began discovery and geophysics excavating.
In 2007, the need of some local drilling companies in the mining cities was touchable; in this case the costs could get lower and also the indigenous human resources could be used .

Having an eye on this issue, this decision was made to establish a mining company. Hence, the performing group and a part of the managers of the first mentioned company got separated and by purchasing 4 more machines, founded “Goharyab co.” in Yazd province.

1-Yazd province is Iran’s mining pole.

2-Geographically, Yazd is at the center of Iran. The mining activities in its neighbor provinces – such as Kerman and Sistan – are increasing. So, Yazd is the best basement for contacting the center and supporting drilling projects at the south of Iran.

3-Reducing the expenses which leads to lower prices

4-Since Iran needs to increase the mining parts, and due to the many mining fields in the desert area : the best location for such activities is Bafgh city.

Bafgh is one of the major mining fields in Yazd province and also is the railroad cross. So, “Goharyab Co” was established there.
